Where ICL began

Inspiring Cultures Ltd (ICL) was actually born from the ashes of another company, Inspirational Coaching Limited. Client work had evolved, moving more broadly into the cultural transformation space, so our CEO, Stephen Adams, saw an opportunity to apply the principles of Prevention & Cure as a means of unlocking barriers to success. Our first client as ICL was Tillomed, where we delivered our first cohort of ILM programmes (pictured), they were swiftly followed by James Paget University Hospital Trust.

Jenni joins the business

Realising that there was real demand for customer and people-centric bespoke programmes in the HR and L&D arena, Stephen reached out to his old colleague, Jenni Miller, to ask if she would like to join the company. She jumped at the chance to come on board and the business really began to grow. ICL began working with Ardonagh, delivering high quality conversations training, leading to an opportunity for Stephen to speak at the AIIG conference (pictured). We started working with Haven, and also began our mediation work with City of London Corporation.

Taking the work on the road

With business booming, Jenni and Stephen travelled to Leicester City FC to support with conflict resolution (pictured). That work grew into a review of the Club’s HR framework, and Positive Dialogue training for Head Office and Academy staff. The team of two also travelled to Wales for team facilitations for AB Agri - another partnership that would still be going strong two years later.

Going international

This was a pivotal year for ICL, as business went international and Stephen and Jenni travelled to Vietnam (pictured) to work with AB Vista, and to Medray in Ireland. Recognising the need to grow the team, Stephen employed Louisa Constantine, Head of Training and Creative Content. A few months later, she was followed by Vikkie Richmond, Head of Marketing and Operations. Our turnover doubled, our partnership with Haven kept growing, and we also acquired new clients across an increased spectrum of services. We were finalists for the first time in the Customer Services category at the 2025 Kent Business Awards.

A bigger team, a wider reach

The company continues to go from strength to strength. This year, we undertook a programme of LinkedIn outreach and marketing initiatives to grow the company. We published our first book, Before It Boils, and hit 1,000 podcast downloads. We have also strengthened our corporate social responsibility, and we now support local mental fitness charity, Head In the Game, and the Kent-based Alzheimer’s and Dementia Support Services (ADSS) charity. Stephen joined the Institute of Directors (IoD) and our reputation for outstanding customer service and modelling an exemplary, healthy culture continues to precede us. Picture - the ICL team.

ICL are an exceptional training company and set the standard for what great service looks like. Their range of services is impressively broad, covering everything we need, yet the delivery always feels highly tailored and personal. Despite their scale and expertise, they make you feel like you're their only client, with a level of focus, responsiveness, care, and aftercare - that is genuinely rare. The quality of service has never waivered. Their knowledge base and subject-matter expertise are second to none. Every interaction demonstrates deep understanding, practical experience and a real commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes rather than generic training. And they also offer, wherever required, truly bespoke programmes that are tailored precisely to our company needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. On top of this, the value for money is excellent – the quality of training and support far exceeds the cost. Quite simply, I wouldn't work with anyone else. ICL are a trusted partner and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Having worked with Stephen and Inspiring Cultures on several leadership development programmes across a range of levels, I can confidently say they are a pleasure to work with. They are enthusiastic, with great energy, professionalism, and commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences. They care about the work they deliver, they care about the people they work with and take the time to understand learners, their roles, and the challenges they face, ensuring that every workshop is engaging and impactful. They create a supportive environment while challenging our learners to think differently, try new ways of working and grow as leaders. Feedback is consistently positive with many individuals quoting their learning following their experience with Stephen and the team. I would highly recommend them to any organisation looking to invest in leadership development that is both supportive and transformational.

Working with Inspiring Cultures has been nothing short of transformational. From day one, they have brought energy, insight, and a genuine commitment to making a real difference, not just delivering learning, but creating measurable, high-impact change across performance and leadership. What truly sets them apart is their ability to connect strategy with reality. Every programme, intervention, and interaction has been thoughtfully designed, expertly delivered, and rooted in a deep understanding of our organisation, our people, and the outcomes we care most about. This hasn’t been “off-the-shelf” training, it’s been purposeful, tailored, and relentlessly focused on impact. Their work has elevated confidence, capability, and consistency across our leaders and teams. We’ve seen a tangible shift in how people show up, lead, and perform, stronger leadership behaviours, clearer accountability, and a renewed sense of momentum and belief. Learning has translated into action, and action into results. Beyond the expertise, the partnership itself has been brilliant. They are collaborative, responsive, and deeply invested in our success. They challenge us in the right ways, support us when it matters most, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure the work lands and sticks. In short, Inspiring Cultures hasn’t just supported our learning agenda, they’ve helped us raise the bar, accelerate performance, and build leadership capability that will have a lasting impact for years to come. We couldn’t recommend them more highly and are incredibly proud to work alongside them.

I've worked with Inspiring Cultures for over a year now and every time we run something together, it always lands so well. No two projects feel the same, and they always manage to bring something new and genuinely engaging & thought-provoking. Whether it's leadership, mentoring, skills sessions or personal development, Stephen and the team really take the time to understand what you're trying to achieve. They don't just deliver content and leave, they make sure it connects with people and actually makes a difference long after the session ends. The team are brilliant at what they do, but also really easy to work with. They use real-life examples, practical coaching and a lot of warmth and energy. Somehow, they even manage to get the quietest people in the room to speak up and feel comfortable getting involved. From the very first conversation to the final delivery, they work with you all the way. They listen, adapt, and make sure what's created really matches the brief and the outcomes you're aiming for. It genuinely feels like a partnership rather than a supplier relationship. I'd happily recommend Inspiring Cultures to anyone who wants development that actually sticks and makes a difference.

We've worked with Inspiring Cultures as part of our wider work to strengthen how we handle workplace relationships and conflict resolution across our Multi-Academy Trust. They have delivered CPD-accredited programmes including Workplace Mediation certification for our People Partners and Positive Dialogue training for academy leadership teams. The training has been practical, engaging and highly relevant to the education sector, with extremely positive feedback from all participants. Stephen Adams, Jenni and the team have been very supportive and clearly passionate about helping organisations handle conflict more constructively. Stephen has been particularly supportive in helping us think through how to embed a Respect and Resolution culture, giving leaders practical tools and confidence to handle difficult conversations constructively. It is also reassuring to know that Inspiring Cultures can provide independent workplace investigators when it is not appropriate for matters to be handled internally. Overall, they are knowledgeable, pragmatic and very easy to work with. I would confidently recommend Inspiring Cultures to organisations looking for workplace mediation training, conflict resolution training, or support building mediation capability internally.

I first met the founder of Inspiring Culture Ltd when I was invited to a podcast conversation about transforming HR, and it was clear from the outset that our values were very much aligned. Their core principles of Purpose, Resilience, Integrity, Discipline, and Enthusiasm genuinely resonate with me, and my experience of working closely with Inspiring Cultures Ltd since, has shown that these values are embedded in everything they do. The mediation training I attended last year was incredibly insightful. The content was practical, thought-provoking, and delivered in a way that challenged the status quo while still being grounded in real-world HR practice. It aligned perfectly with my own approach to people management and left me feeling confident, equipped, and inspired. I would not hesitate to recommend Inspiring Cultures Ltd to any business who wants to drive positive change and culture.
