The Journey so far
Inspiring Cultures Ltd began primarily as a coaching company (Inspirational Coaching Limited), however, following numerous client projects and engagements, soon evolved into a Cultural Transformation organisation offering a broader spectrum of core competencies. It became clear that irrespective of the nature of their businesses, many companies shared common scenarios which needed professional support. We saw a distinct opportunity to apply the principles of Prevention & Cure as a means of unlocking barriers to success.
ICL’s Cultural Transformation begins with a client consultation to diagnose & assess needs and desired outcomes aligning to client’s specific Strategy, Vision & Values. For every situation there will be a series of steps to follow in order to establish the cause of a problem and implement a variety of proven techniques to bring about a positive result. This dialogue will enable ICL to present a range of well-considered programs including one or a combination of our 5 Pillars:

Stephen Adams
With 26 years’ of leadership experience within the banking industry Stephen has extensive knowledge of change management and helping support teams. When he took redundancy in 2019 Stephen qualified as a coach and mediator and spent 3 years working for an established conflict resolution company.
His extensive exposure to numerous organisational changes led him to quickly learn that addressing staff and management issues swiftly, efficiently and fairly was paramount to leading a successful and harmonious team.
It became clear that irrespective of the nature of their businesses, many companies shared common scenarios which needed professional support. This was the catalyst for driving change through Inspirational Coaching Limited.
Outside of work Stephen and his wife live by the sea and enjoy walking with their dog Bella.

Jenni Miller
Prior to joining ICL, Jenni had a 20-year career in retail banking which saw her undertake a variety of roles, gaining experience in Leadership, HR and Change Management. When the opportunity came to take VR, Jenni decided to expand her knowledge in business administration taking a senior leadership role in a corporate fraud consultancy, assisting in overseeing business functions, operational processes, policy development and financial control.
Jenni is responsible for developing and implementing cultural transformation programmes within our clients’ organisations. She oversees all our training packages and excels at client liaison and business operations.
Jenni is a qualified Workplace Mediator and holds a BA Degree in Applied Social Science.
Outside of work Jenni enjoys CrossFit classes, listening to podcasts and cheering on her 3 children from various sporting sidelines.
