2025: A year in numbers
As we start to wind down towards Christmas and reflect on the last twelve months, it’s fair to say that 2025 has been a fairly epic year for Inspiring Cultures Ltd (ICL). We have grown, not just with colleagues, but with clients and partners too. Our social media reach also grew, and we found ourselves joining conversations where we were experts in the room, which put us in a really strong position to be able to work with new clients.
Our year at a glance
February saw a new addition to the team, with the arrival of Louisa, our Training and Culture Coordinator. Then, in July, along came Vikkie, our Marketing and Operations Manager. We’re ending the year as a team of four, double the size that we started with! It’s not just about growth, though. We’ve been lucky enough to pick people who have settled into the team straight away and share the ICL values – we all complement each other’s strengths perfectly.
We added more partners to our network, which has enabled us to expand the amount of coaching, facilitation, mediation, and training that we provide. In October we held our first ever partners Teams call, which was a great opportunity for everyone to meet and get to know each other. Our next call is scheduled for January, and we will continue to bring more partners on as we grow.
Talking of growing, we added two new companies to the ICL portfolio! We introduced Restorative Mediation UK earlier in the year and then launched Clear Path Investigations in November. Both of these enterprises sit under the umbrella of ICL, but they also give our offering more independent depth and breadth in the services that we can offer to clients.
Jenni and Stephen took their first foray into international projects, travelling to Vietnam and Ireland for consultancy work and to deliver training services. We also expanded our ILM suite of training, gaining accreditation to deliver the Level 4 Award in Managing Equality and Diversity in an Organisation.
We saw our articles and quotes in industry publications, including several pieces in HR Magazine, which further established us a leading authority on culture and transformation. At the end of Q3 we launched our very own AI-assisted tool to support our ILM learners – MentoraAI – which is ground-breaking for an organisation in the cultural transformation space. We continue to embrace AI and use it daily in our work and also for business development, because we believe that organisations who don’t use it will fall by the wayside. We want to lead, not follow.
Finally, this month saw us attend our inaugural Kent Business Awards ceremony, where we were awarded a Finalist certificate in the ‘Best Customer Service’ category. We may not have won, but the team was immensely proud that we were shortlisted as finalists, and we intend to build on the achievement in the coming months.

Delivery of ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective’ people training for several teams, with a 100% rating of ‘excellent’.
Designed and delivered mentor support workshops, with a post-event recommendation score of 10/10
Designed and delivered ‘The Art of Storytelling’ course for several teams, with a post-event satisfaction rating of 9.75/10
Consultancy for call centre colleagues on improving leadership accountability, with a 100% course rating of excellent
Facilitated and hosted an inclusive culture conference for 130 participants

We’re really very proud of everything that we have achieved in 2025, especially as it’s only our third year of trading. We couldn’t ask for a better team to take us into 2026 and beyond – we have big plans for the future!
